Save time, make sure you meet the following minimum requirements.

The insulation is installed by an EEC Certified Installer (us!).
The value of the home being upgraded is <$2.5m.
An electrical safety certificate must be provided before installation can take place (we will take care of this).
You are aged 18 or over
You are an Australian citizen or permanent resident
You have a regular source of income that you can demonstrate
You have a good credit history
